Daily yoga & self enquiry processes for personal growth

This is not about fixing yourself. This is about finding yourself - in your breath, your bare feet, your sensations of yes and no.

You don’t need to be ready - you just need to arrive, be open to a profound journey of self-discovery, emotional healing and deep connection.

We hold a space where growth doesn’t need to be forced— it unfolds, like water carving its path through stone.

What Participants have said……

  • Soraya has been nothing short of incredible. I got a whole new level of understanding myself and feel blessed to have experienced this..knowing myself with confidence. It truly has been magical.

  • I got an opportunity to feel and connect deeply with myself….and rejoice in the process. Soraya was skilful, intuitive and worthy of trust, bringing experience and deep positive intention. I feel empowered to take care of myself deeply, empathetically and unapologetically.

  • I got a lot more out of this than I expected, I came for peace got more depth and truth about my inner thoughts in a safe and nurturing space.

  • I came to experience something new and take time away from my comfort zone. I got a sanctuary and being held in a way that allowed me to release and open up.

Off Grid Living, about The Hide

It began at a late-night warehouse party in London, where friends Ross and Tim first spoke of a dream: finding a piece of land in nature.

After months of searching in Spain, on their very first trip to Portugal, they stumbled upon a hidden valley that felt like it had been waiting for them. Everything on our wish list was there: sprawling land, a cluster of old buildings, a wild river, a waterfall, no neighbours in sight, and the kind of raw, rustic charm that sparks vision.

The place had been abandoned for years. Renovation was slow and uncertain, but they felt the deeper purpose of the space begin to emerge.

For nearly three years, The Hide hosted Naturalma, a powerful project that welcomed healers and traditions from South America—like the Huni Kuin tribe of Brazil and El Juago of Colombia—bringing profound medicine and transformation to the valley.

Stone by stone, tree by tree, The Hide has grown into a sanctuary—one that honours the land's history while creating space for new stories to unfold. It's a place for those seeking something deeper: connection to self, to others, and to the natural world. A living project, shaped by each person who arrives and shares their gifts
