Alchemy is offered in intimate circles of up to 12 women navigating menopause and nervous system overwhelm.

When knowing isn’t enough
You’re smart. Sensitive. Capable. The one who holds it all together — for your family, your work, your world. On the outside, you look calm and competent.
But inside, it’s another story. Since menopause began, something has shifted. You feel numb. Tired. Disconnected. Like the strategies that once kept everything steady are no longer working.
You’ve done the therapy. You can name your trauma. You’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, maybe even supported others along the way. On paper, you understand your patterns.
And yet… your nervous system still feels on edge. Or shut down.
That’s because healing doesn’t happen in the mind alone. Trauma lives in the body — in breath held tight, in muscles wound like springs, in the silence where feeling learned to go offline.
Menopause often amplifies what was never fully integrated. As hormones shift, the nervous system has less energy to keep old coping patterns in place.
Alchemy exists because embodiment is the missing thread.
When knowledge descends into sensation, when numbness thaws into feeling, when survival softens into presence — real change begins.
This course is for women who are done circling the same stories and are ready to meet menopause as a threshold — not a breakdown, but a reclamation.
The Four Pillars of Alchemy
Alchemy unfolds through four interconnected pillars.
Each one supports a different layer of healing — safety, feeling, choice, and integration — allowing change to happen slowly and in rhythm with your nervous system during menopause.
This is not about fixing symptoms. It’s about meeting the hormonal and emotional shifts of midlife through the body, not against it.
Rooted Safety (Earth)
You don’t need to feel calm. You need to feel here.
We begin by grounding into the body with simple, body-led practices that build safety and stability. In menopause, when anxiety or overwhelm can feel heightened, this pillar restores a sense of internal ground.
Earth teaches us how to slow down, how to feel supported, and how to create a foundation where change can happen without force.
Emotional Reconnection (Water)
What’s been frozen begins to thaw.
As hormonal shifts lower the threshold for emotion, feelings that were once managed through over-functioning may rise to the surface. Through breath, movement, and awareness, we gently reconnect with feeling — grief, rage, joy, longing — at a pace the nervous system can tolerate.
Water teaches us how to soften, how to flow, and how to trust what moves through us without being overwhelmed.
Power of Choice (Fire)
From fawn and freeze into freedom.
In midlife, the old strategies of pleasing, pushing, or holding everything together often begin to crack. This pillar helps you reclaim agency — learning to make decisions from the body rather than from survival patterns shaped decades ago.
Fire helps us burn away what no longer serves, so action can arise from clarity instead of fear.
Embodied Sovereignty (Air)
Integration, expansion, breath.
This final pillar is about weaving everything together — living from inside your skin, guided by your body’s wisdom rather than performance or expectation.
Menopause becomes not a collapse, but a reclamation — a return to yourself with more steadiness, truth, and self-trust.
This is not a linear or performance-based journey. Some months will feel quiet. Others may feel tender or alive. You’re invited to move at the pace your nervous system allows, with space to integrate rather than push.
The Journey - Six Months of Alchemy
Month 1 — Earth: Rooted Safety
Arrive in the body. Build steadiness and belonging. Safety becomes the ground you stand on.
Month 2 — Water: Emotional Reconnection
Thaw numbness. Feel again — grief, joy, rage, longing. Learn to let emotion move through you.
Month 3 — Fire: Power of Choice
Reclaim agency. Burn away old survival patterns. Act from truth, not from fear.
Month 4 — Air: Embodied Sovereignty
Learn to breathe, expand, and live from inside your skin.
Month 5 — Space: Integration & Rest
Pause and digest, cultivating the art of creating space for yourself. Let the practices weave into your daily life before stepping forward.
Month 6 - Closure & Sovereignty
Rituals to honour what’s changed. Anchor your new ways of being and carry them into the world.
This journey is held with structure and spaciousness. You’ll receive weekly practices and guidance, but also time to rest, digest, and integrate. Everything is designed to support safety, choice, and connection. You may already carry more than you realise. And sometimes busyness becomes the way you cope — a shield against what might rise if you slowed down.

Weekly Somatic Practices
Short, accessible practices designed to be woven into daily life. Change happens through repetition and nervous system consistency — not intensity.
These sessions blend somatic movement, trauma-sensitive yoga, breathwork, and regulation tools specifically supportive during menopause. All practices are recorded so you can return to them anytime.
Live Circle Calls
A weekly 60-minute live group call where we gather in sisterhood, explore practices, and share presence.
There is no fixing, no performance — only witnessing and support. Calls are recorded if you cannot attend live.
Journaling Prompts & Reflection Tools
Gentle writing invitations to help you track your inner landscape, notice patterns, and give language to what your body is revealing.
Community Space
A private online circle for connection, encouragement, and shared reflection with other women navigating menopause and nervous system change.
1:1 session
One private 60-minute 1:1 session to deepen your personal process and support integration.
Lifetime Access

Alchemy is not psychotherapy. It is a trauma-informed, body-led programme grounded in trauma-sensitive yoga and somatic practice. It complements therapy beautifully, but does not replace clinical mental health treatment.

Therapy often works from the top down — through insight and understanding. Alchemy works from the bottom up. It supports nervous system regulation and embodiment, helping you feel what you already understand intellectually.

Many women in menopause wouldn’t describe themselves as traumatised — just exhausted, reactive, numb, or overwhelmed. Alchemy supports the nervous system patterns beneath those experiences, whether or not you identify with a trauma label.

That’s completely normal. This work is paced gently and safely. You are never pushed. Everything is invitational and trauma-sensitive.
