Free Resources
Tools to support you in times of stress, uncertainty and overwhelm. The ability to resource ourselves is essential, it is the practice of building internal and external anchors.
Our daily lives are a seesaw of up’sand down’s, this is life. Some of us have very busy, hectic lives and some of us more simplified lives - but all of us experience nervous system activation and deactivation.
The ability to resource ourselves—to come back to inner steadiness when life feels too much—is an essential part of healing.
Learning to support your nervous system by regulation, present moment awareness, and resilience. finding grounding, nourishment, and inner stability, rather than pushing through discomfort or bypassing emotions, offers a way to meet life’s challenges with greater ease, awareness, and self-compassion.
Please feel free to dip into these resources and try them out. My suggestion would be to practice one or two, when you feel in a more relaxed state, so that they begin to feel almost like an automatic response or go to. Then when you are in a stressful situation, you won’t be having to think about what to do…the “helpful habit” has already been formed.
